Is there a deposit required to reserve a cruise?Yes, there is a $100 deposit required to hold your scheduled cruise date and time. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your cruise. Full payment is due at the end of services rendered. Payment can be made through this website or directly via cash or check with Captain.

Is gratuity included for the Captain?Gratuity is NOT included in your reservation price. It is customary to tip your Captain 20% if you enjoyed your experience. Also, feel free to leave a Google review by following the link below:

Payment MethodsDeposits, partial payments and full payments are accepted through this websites' Fareharbor booking integration. Payment via cash or check will handled with the Captain directly.

What are your cancellation and inclement weather policies?Cruise cancellations will NOT be refunded within 24 hours of your trip departure. "No shows" will NOT be refunded. You will receive a text or phone confirmation prior to your cruise reservation that may have weather related updates. We do request that if there is a need for you to cancel your cruise with me, please provide me with a courtesy notice within 3 business days of your scheduled tour. In the case of forecasted inclement weather on the day of your cruise, it will be at my discretion whether or not to cancel the cruise for your safety. In the case of weather cancellations, customers can reschedule or receive a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel and cruise at any time due to weather, safety or mechanical concerns.

I've never been on a boat, what should I wear and bring with me?You may want to bring a hat, sunglasses, sunblock, or wear sun protective clothing, and comfortable shoes that can get wet. We provide at least 8 towels, (one on each seat to protect the seat and customers from sitting on a hot seat in the summertime). Feel free to bring extra towels. We'll also have a few inflatable rafts for your floating pleasure.

Do you provide food & drinks, or do I bring my own?Each tour includes a complimentary iced cooler with bottled water with room to include any of your own drinks or snacks to enjoy. Excursions can include the option to add in a lunch stop at any restaurant on the water at your request. I am happy to make restaurant and special dish recommendations for your group. **Please note that any stop at a restaurant on the water are all purchases made at your own expense and are not included in the boat tour pricing.**

Where do I board for the tour, and is parking included?You'll receive a confirmation email when booking and a confirmation text/phone call prior to your cruise reservation that will have specific public boat ramp information as parking fees may or may not apply at each ramp location. You will then board the boat from the dock or private residence if that's what was decided on with the Captain.

Is your boat accessible for me if I have mobility issues?Each public boat ramp that Natural Vibes by Water uses is mobility friendly and pontoon doors will be open for easy entry.

What if I need to use the restroom?The Natural Vibes vessel is NOT equipped with a restroom, however, there will be multiple opportunities for restroom stops and breaks throughout your boating experience.

Can I play my own music on board?Yes, I do have Bluetooth capability to sync your phone and choice of music.

Does your boat have a cover to block the sun?Yes, there will be a blue bimini top for your sun protection. Be sure to bring sunblock and/or wear sun protective clothing. (Long-sleeves, hats, etc. )

What safety devices do you have on your boat?First Aid kit, can provide CPR, VHF handheld radio, horn, throwable cushion, flares, mirror, life jackets, and all other items required to pass a U.S. Coast Guard safety inspection.

Is smoking allowed on the Natural Vibes vessel (boat)?Smoking is NOT permitted once aboard the vessel.

Can I drink alcohol on your boat?Yes. Ages 21+ years of age, feel free to bring your own beverages. Avoid bringing glass. Cold waters will be provided. Designated trash collection/disposal will be provided.

Can I bring my dog or other pet?Sorry, for their safety and yours, no pets are allowed on the boat.

Are your tours kid-friendly?Yes. I love sharing the simple pleasures East Central Florida has to offer with all ages. anyone under 6 years of age and less than 90 lbs will need to wear a fitted lifejacket will the boat is moving. Please advise your captain before cruise date and time so youth lifejackets can be provided.

What kind of boat will I be touring in?a 2024 Crest Sd Classic, 22' pontoon.

Are the mosquitos bad?It will depend on the body of water, time of year and time of day or night in some cases. A nice breeze helps keep the insects at bay. I can suggest bringing bug repellent, especially in the summer months.

What is COVID-19 policy?Masks are optional during your cruise.
